THERE IS NO CELEBI it was just a 1joke2prank or three the most unlikely of the reasons they DID put celebi in but wanted to take it out because it was to hard to get or they couldn't think of a clue that sort of told you what to do but left you wondering. HOWEVER they forgot to take it out so now there IS a celebi wandering around after you defeat 100 unowns! but I'm pretty sure they proved its not true. it MAY be but its probably 1 or 2
