Why was sonic 06 a bad game?

Well, many dislike it because of poor game-play, but I think the characters were great and it had an awesome plot and cool cut-scenes.

I LOVED Sonic the Hedgehog 06 but it looks hard.Poor Blaze:((she was my fav)but I do think it is sad because if you think about it all went well but the only thing that changed forever is Blaze left Silver and forgot him in her new life.

The issues with Sonic 06 stem primarily from the game being rushed to release. There are various rumours about the quality assurance team being let go and the superior team members being taken off the project part way through, but in the end the main problem is that the game was released too early.

This early release prevented them from being able to iron out all of the major issues such as the plot holes and glitches from the finished product. These glitches are more evident than any other sonic game to date.

first of all the plot is TERRIBLE. Sonic's story he just has to save elise and when he does save her he has to save her again. around like the 3rd or 5th time after she gets captured you save her and beat Sonic's story. in shadow's story shadow has to seal mephilis which is a little bit better plot of shadow. then silver's story he thinks sonic is the iblis trigger and he tries to defeat sonic. later he finds out sonic isn't the iblis trigger. he has to defeat iblis. silver's story had a little bit better plot than the 2. in the last story they have to defeat solaris so there is the plot. the graphics look like a playstation 2 game even though it's released on Xbox 360 and playstation3. also the controls suck because it lags on you a lot and the controls just suck. the camera angles lag on you as well because if you try going to one direction the camera will go to the other direction making you unable to finish some levels. the glitches happen constantly like the glitch of silver shooting you upwards and you fly nonstop. the only good thing that's good is the music as the music on that is quite memorable like white acropolis snowy peak. that is why sonic 06 is bad.
