Without more information it is difficult to answer this question. The best thing you can do is phone EA games (the number should be on your game manual) who will talk you through.

If you are inserting the disc and nothing is happening, go to My Computer, find the disc and select run.

Some other things to check are:

• The manual should tell you the requirements for the computer, compare these to the machine you're trying to play the game on.
• Make sure the disc isn't scratched or damaged
• You might have a problem with your computer, perhaps an incompatibility between the requirements and the actual configuration.
