Ditto can breed with EVERY type of Pokemon except legendarys. Personally I JUST got an egg from the two of them.

Can you breed a jolteon?
Of course you could breed a Jolteon. If a female, go to the Pokemon Day-Care with a male Pokemon and them in. Make sure they like each other. Wait a few minutes and you'll probably have an egg. Or, just use a Ditto. Same thing will happen there, but you don't have to worry about gender or anything with a Ditto. When you get the egg, it'll hatch into an Eevee and just use a ThunderStone if you want another Jolteon. any Pokemon including totodile,chikorita,and cyndaquil can be breeded with a ditto except ledgendary Pokemon however rarities can be breeded just itll be a tough time getting a rare Pokemon from the egg like red gyrados + ditto = black magikarp(if youre lucky!)

you cant... but you can make an eevee egg at the daycare center using your jolteon and a ditto.

Nature does not matter. Breeding matters on gender and egg groups however Ditto is the exception to both rules as it belongs in all egg groups.

At Four Island there is a daycare center right above the Pokemon Center if you put your Jolteon and Ditto in the daycare and walk around Kanto for awhile eventually the old man that is standing outside will have an egg for you. This egg will hatch after walking, running, or biking a certain amount of steps (example being 1000) and after the 1000th step the egg will hatch and become an Eevee.

Why wont evee have an egg with Ditto in Pokemon soulsilver?
To my knowledge (not there yet) I assume eevee is male and evee needs to female to mate with ditto (as all pokemon)
