They're used for removing clamps on washing machine hoses.
Use a spooky plate.
Probably Arceus because it can use Roar of Time like Dialga and when you put a plate on it it will turn into that type, like the Splash Plate will turn it into a water type. So you can change to the Elite Four's weakness. You can't get a Fire Plate for the first elite guy so just pick Infernape as your starter. HOPE I HELPED!
Actually, the Zap Plate is on the right side of the door to the lighthouse in Sunyshore City. When you are about to enter that lighthouse, move to the right one step, then down one step, and turn to the right and press the A Button. You will then obtain the Zap Plate.
we can use
1 Avoid contamination so be very careful that you avoid spillover from adjacent wells. 2 Don't allow the plate to dry out. 3 Make sure that all incubations are carried out in 100% humid conditions. (wrapping the covered plate in a wet paper towel and then placing in a sealed bag works) 3 Wash the plate well and carefully with PBS-tween between steps at least 3 times. 4 Use fresh buffers all at the correct pH. 5 Don't use any azide in your buffers if you use peroxidase conjugates. There are more but it takes experience to do an ELISA test well.
I have tried tween 80 for western blotting. It seems to work the same as tween 20 (I can't tell the difference).
Tween 20 is soluble in water, especially if you use hot water with stirring.
Microwaves generally do not come with extra glass plates but you can purchase an extra glass plate.
The usual wash buffer is PBS Tween. Na2HPO4 10.9 g, NaH2PO4 3.2 g NaCl 90 g. Distilled water to 1 Liter Mix to dissolve pH should be close to 7.4. Add 5 ml of Tween 20. Store this solution at room temperature. Dilute 100ml of this with 900 ml of distilled water before use.
no but you can use myspace or facebook.
on your plate
Just follow the manufacturer's protocol to the letter.
western blot test
If you are washing it in a sink or bathtub I would use shampoo. If I was it in a the washer...probably tide! Thats what I use!
If you run the washing machine only when it is full, then it should use less water than washing it by hand. If you run the washing machine for one or two garments- you will be using more water than if washing it by hand.
