As the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series is concluded, there will not be another Percy Jackson series. However, there will be another series featuring the characters from the Percy Jackson series, yet they will be minor characters. This new series is called the Heroes of Olympus, and the first book is titled the Lost Hero. The Lost Hero will be released on October 12th, 2010.
I suppose you are talking about who played Percy Jackson in the movie (which was the worst movie based on a book I have ever seen, and nothing anyone will ever say will change that). He was 'played' by Logan Lerman. (Who is much too old to play Percy and was cast because they wanted to make the movie (and complications between Annabeth and Percy) appeal to an older audience.
In the "Percy Jackson & the Olympians" series, mortals generally remain unaware of the true nature of Percy Jackson and the other demigods. The Mist, a magical force, obscures the truth about the supernatural world from human perception. However, there are occasional instances where mortals catch glimpses of the extraordinary, but they often dismiss or forget these experiences. Ultimately, the existence of Percy and the other demigods remains largely a secret from the mortal world.
Well, that's a good question. Have you ever read a book and the movie came out and it's well completely, um...DIFFERENT! With Percy Jackson they ( in my opinion) skip out ALOT. So they really pick and choose, kind of like taking the story apart and loking at all of it. Dionysus was at olympus when Percy got there but he's only in the background. Almost like all the Olympians.

No, there is not an Emma in the Lightning Thief. There is not an Emma is the Percy Jackson movie, the Lightning Thief either. A demigod named Emma is not ever mentioned in the Percy Jackson series.
