Since they released Obelisk and Ra, it stands to reason that Slifer will follow. It'd be very odd if he didn't.
The legal Slifer has already came out in the Shonen Jump magazine they will most likely reprint it soon like they did with the other cards.
Dark End Dragon is not in a set as such, it is a Shonen Jump Prizecard, awarded at Shonen Jump Championship events.
not yet there isn't, little birds tell me that it'll come out next year in the shonen jump mag, but i think they should because they have made the other 2 Egyptian gods tournamnet legal versions and its only fair that slifer gets a place too im waiting on slifer cuz i have obelisk and winged dragon of ra
Dandylion was not in a particular Shonen Jump magazine, rather, it is one of the cards sent to people who subscribed for a year, along with Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon.
In the Shonen Jump magazine and the 2010 Collector's Tins (Red Nova Dragon).
legal 'Obelisk The Tormentor' came out in the Jan 2010 issue of Shonen Jump, and legal 'The Winged Dragon Of Ra' came out in the Jan 2011 issue of Shonen Jump so im only assuming that the legal 'Slifer The Sky Dragon' will come out in the Jan 2012 issue of the same magazine.

The originals you can't get in packs. Slifer is unable to be used in duels, winged dragon of ra was only in a shonen jump magazine as a promotional card as well as Obelisk
Japan gets theirs earlier than we do in the west. The legal version of Ra has already been released in Japan, so the English print should follow. Since they've done Obelisk and Ra, there's no real reason to think they won't do Slifer too.
You can only get it from being a subscriber to the shonen jump magazine
