No, there will not be a 6th book directly continuing from the Percy Jackson series, however, there is a new book that takes place in Percy Jackson's world. The series is called "the Heroes of Olympus."
Annabeth, Grover and Percy is mentioned throughout the first book, but they aren't the main characters. The main characters are three new demigods, Jason, Leo and Piper.
