Will there be another diary of wimpy kid film?

As far as I know, this has not been confirmed. However, on one of the title pages for The Ugly Truth, in the list of books, it says: "Coming Soon: More Diary of a Wimpy Kid".

So keep hoping!

Yes. The 2nd book of the five current books titled Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules. The movie is currently in production and features much of the first movie's original cast, the movie's title character Greg Huffley will contune to be played by Zachery Gordon. The movie is set to be released on March 25, 2011.

yes he Jeff Kinney makes more books to get more money and a lot of other people like it so it's a bonus for him. There are going to be more sex in the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series with Greg and his Girl.

The movie crew has apparently filmed and released Diary of a Wimpy Kid (2010), Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules (2011), and Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days (2012). Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw was actually the third book in the BOOK series, but the movie crew apparently skipped that book and went on to Dog Days, the fourth book in the series. There's still Ugly Truth, the fifth book in the series, remaining, so all we can do is hope the directorcabooses to make a fourth film adaptation.
