Will there be sixth book in the 'Percy Jackson and the Olympians' series?

Yes, there will be a fifth Percy Jackson book. It comes out in Spring 2009. It will be the last in the Percy Jackson series, but Rick Riordan is going to write more stories about demigods, with different main characters.

But it will still have some of the main charactors from the Percy Jackson series.

No, there will only be 5 books in the 1st Half-Blood Series, but Rick Riordan has said that he will be making a 2nd Half-Blood Series which will be most likely about the 7 demigods ready to take on the newest great prophecy.
