Yes, this is a truth. Well, first of all, SonAmy isn't excactly a "couple". They are more of a fan-made couple, but if you really look around, you can see that many people adore the two hedgehogs. But, not only do people love them, but there may be proof that this couple will become one in the future. If you have ever watched Sonic X, in episode 52 Japanese version, that's where Sonic does tell his feelings towards her. But, his voice was muted, and in the English version he says "I will never forget you Amy." Yet, some very intelligent people have saw what he really said, now if you can read mouths you would see that he actually said "I love you Amy." And in the Japanese version she did ask him to say that! But there is other proofs and memories of this "couple". If you really believe me, or you don't, watch the episode yourself!

For the show, some rumors were out there saying that they didnt, but if u paid attention to some episodes in Sonic X, they actually did do the real deal on the beach after Sonic took Amy's hand.
