With how many badges can you train your traded Pokemon higher than 30?

You can always train your Pokemon up to level 100. But in order to get the traded pokemons to obey you a certain badge is needed.
from 1-20 you do not need any badges
From 21-30 the second badge is needed
from 31-50 you need the fourth badge
From 51 -70 you need the sixth badge
from 71 to 100 level you need all eight badges.
I believe this is consistent among all the games.

Trade it for another Pokemon if you trade it for the same one you have using GTS in Goldenrod using GTS you will get the same Pokemon. But do know that traded Pokemon grow faster and get more exp points at the end of each battle. They are easier to raise than Pokemon you catch.
