Oola was killed by the rancor before Leia arrived and was made Jabba's new slave, but hypothetically if she had survived it might be possible. Oola spoke very little basic and I'm not sure whether or not Leia knew any twi'lek. They both come very different background ( princess and poor dancer tricked into slavery) but if they were both slaves to Jabba at the same time they could have bonded during their slavery together.

∙ 13y agoDuring her slavery Leia did in fact befriend at least one person in Jabba's court who also was in attendance on Jabba's sail barge. Porcellus, Jabba's chef, brought food to her while she was chained to her master's dais and actually risked bringing food to Han and Chewbacca in the dungeons of the palace. Leia was immensely grateful for his assistance. They did not, however, become close on the sail barge but before-hand in the palace.

I seriously doubt it. Remember when Oola disobeyed, her punishment was being eaten up by the rancor. So if Leia disobeyed, she would have been dead.
Why didn't Jabba kill Oola later and have two slave girls on his throne at the same time?
Well, Jabba had no idea Leia was going to be arriving to rescue Han later that night. He would have to have incredible foresight to know that another girl would soon come into his possession to stop himself from killing Oola. Also, its not like dropping Oola to the rancor was his first choice. When he was pulling her chain he wasn't pulling her over the trapdoor to kill her, he was trying to pull her close to him so he could "reward" her for her performance. Oola, however, refused his sexual advances and not for her fist time. Jabba, angry with his disobedient slave decides she's refused him for the last time and and sends her to the rancor den.
