Your debut book, "You'll Never Blue Ball in this Town Again," spent seven weeks on the New York Times best-seller list, and climbed to the #1 position on Amazon's "Bestsellers in Entertainment" list. What was your reaction when you first found out your book was a NYT bestseller?

To me it meant that I could get another book deal, which was the main goal. When I began writing the book, I always hoped that it would do well enough to garner a second.

We find out in "You'll Never Blue Ball in this Town Again" that you were a virgin until you were married. Did you ever get sick of being labeled as a virgin into your adulthood?

In the book, you read that my virginity actually allowed me to date more guys and experience more than if I was having sex because I wasn't in relationships for years.

Your second book, "My Inappropriate Life," is an irreverent account of your attempts to balance fame with family time, all while doing it your way. What's your trick to juggling everything that you have on your plate?

I juggle it by enjoying my time with my kids, relishing the times without them and forgiving myself when I don't know about something at their school and I have to call what my kids call "a real mom" to find out.

You recently wrapped up your 'My Inappropriate Life' Tour where you performed to sold-out crowds all over the U.S. What is your favorite part about being on tour?

Best part about being on tour is being alone and being able to sleep in, shop and get massages. Oh, and making people laugh is nice too!

Many of us know you from the Chelsea Lately show. Do you think the show helped to jumpstart your career?

Chelsea Lately definitely helped launch my career because by appearing on the roundtable and in sketches the audience got to know my point of view, that I was married with kids & that I did characters and impressions.

What's the meanest trick Chelsea Handler has ever played on you?

Meanest trick Chelsea played on me was when she had me believing Vera Wang was calling me to dress me for an event...when really it was just Sarah Colonna, one of the other writers, speaking in an upper Westside New York accent. They filmed the whole thing for the show!

Congratulations! On August 29th you'll be starring in your very own Showtime comedy special, I Don't Mean to Brag. What are your feelings leading up to the premiere? Nervous...excited...nauseous?

I'm so excited because the world is seeing just me for an hour, and I know from doing live shows all over the country just how relatable and entertaining my material is. I'm thrilled for people to be able to enjoy at home as well.

Your books have had us in tears from laughing! When can we expect the next one?

My next book will be out most likely in 2016.

Viewers can expect lots of stories about my marriage and 3 kids, celebrity impressions and what I'm obsessed with.
