It provides renewable energy for human populations
The answer is Paraguay. The dam you are talking about is the Itaipú Dam, which is the world's largest hydroelectric power plant. However, the Itaipú Dam provides most of its energy supply to Brazil.
Hydroelectric power plants. They have dams and generators. Water flows through a dam, which spins generators that produce hydroelectric electricity. (Fun Fact: The Hoover Dam is the biggest hydroelectric power plant.)
It's less. There are "resistance" losses in any system, so not all the energy of the falling water can be changed into electric power. Certainly we can't get more energy out than is put in. Perpetual motion isn't an option here.
The energy is inexhaustibleand it is one of the cleanest sources pf energy. signed, Mrs. Hoyle The energy is inexhaustibleand it is one of the cleanest sources pf energy. signed, Mrs. Hoyle I am working on a debate for school, and my group's topic is "Alternative sources of energy save energy and money." Through my research I have found that hydroelectricity is actually polluting because of the carbon residue on the bottom of the body of water getting kicked up by the turbines. Here is one of the sites that this information was received from http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1350150/posts And its the shizit because i know and its awesome dude
Into electrical energy.
Hydroelectric power is turning the kinetic energy of moving water into electricity
Well, no. A turbine does not MAKE energy. It changes one form of energy to another. A Pelton turbine in a hydroelectric plant changes the weight and force of falling water to rotary mechanical energy, which is used to turn a generator. That changes mechanical energy to electrical energy. But none of that MAKES energy.
Since hydroelectric energy supplies electricity, any industry that uses electricity from a hydroelectric plant relies on this energy.

hydroelectric power is an important for producing the power in the low loss of energy..energy is nothing but producing the power....so we can easily produce the power from hydroelectric power plant.
Hydroelectricity--Hydroelectric energy
It provides renewable energy for human populations
"Hydro" means water so a hydroelectric plant is powered by moving water. Water just moving down a stream loses energy as it flows downstream. Think about how much energy you would have to use to move the water back upstream by using a bucket. The higher the water has to fall the more energy can be harvested. A good example is the Hoover dam. Water builds up behind the dam. It is then allowed to flow through pipes to push on turbines which turn generators which produce electricity. This will somewhat a useful energy when it comes to energy use.😋
