Yes they are!

The Father and Son relationship between Abraham and Isaac reflects the Father and Son relationship between Jesus and his Father.

Just as Isaac carried the Wood on which he was to be burnt as a sacrifice, so did Jesus carry his cross.

Most Jews today believe that Abraham sacrificed Isaac on Mount Moriah, its base being over 200 meters southwest from Golgotha, but the Scriptures did not say that Abraham sacrificed his son on Moriah itself, but on the Mount which the LORD showed Abraham in the land of Moriah.

And he said, Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mounts which I will tell you of. Gen 22,2

Fortunately the location of the mount on which Isaac was sacrificed is preserved by a riddle of how Abraham named the Mount.

And Abraham called the name of that place JHWH Jireh, as it is said to this day, In the mount the LORD is seen. Gen 22,14

The Mount on which Isaac was sacrificed was called the mount in which the LORD is seen. At the same time, JHWH Jireh means 'The LORD sees'.

Golgotha Looks like the top of a skull. Today it is not a mount in which the LORD is seen, but rather a cranium is seen, the upper part of the skull where the brain is located.

But in the days of Abraham, the promised land was very beautiful and this head was groomed with bushes, testified to by the ram whose horns were caught in the thickets. This was that mount in which the LORD is seen.

But then what does it mean, from this Mount the LORD sees? What does he see? He sees the North side of the Altar where all the sacrifices of Israel were made. And he sees the entrance of the temple, which even in Leviticus were mentioned as before the LORD.

And he shall kill it on the north side of the altar before the LORD : Lev 1,11a

And he shall bring the bullock to the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD ; Lev 4,4

The LORD loved Abraham so much, that he spoke directly to him of where he would one day sacrifice his own Son Jesus as a burnt offering. After traveling three days from the Land of the Philistines the LORD showed him the mount. And on this mount he swore to him and made two oaths; one Blessing for his People Israel to possess the Land, and one Blessing for all the families of the Earth.

Mount Moriah and Mount JHWH Jireh are both the same height. In the days of Solomon the wall was built which then separated the two. Their base is less than 200 meters apart and their tops about 300 meters apart.
