Glass objects can be made through the lost-wax process
the light slows in speed and refracts due to glass being denser than air.
Things you can some what see through. i.e stained glass, colored liquid, wax paper, ect.
Some transparent objects are water, air, and clear glass.
glass
glass and metal objects
Glass objects can be made through the lost-wax process
Either: 1- The bending of glass into objects like pots and glass drinking cups, lightbulbs, vases etc.... 2- The making of glass in-transparent (making it matte); so that light still travels through it, but you can't see objects through it anymore.
For example, air, water, glass.
Enough light gets through so that you can see the image clearly.
Because the glass itself is transparent. When the light passes through you can see everything that is putside.
radiation
the magnifying glass has a convex lens and it curves to magnify objects.
There are many see through or transparent objects at home such as: Eye glasses, windows made of glass, glass cups, plastic, some white clothes, if you have a fish tank I do, water is also see through.
Why can't light pass through what? To first contributer, don't say that. Say light cannot pass through solid, opaque objects at times.
radition
Objects that let all light through are called transparent objects, like glass windows. Objects that only let some light through are called translucent, like a lamp shade, or a curtain. Objects that don't let any light through are called opaque, like a desk.
