Im not 100% sure as I have just been researching this myself but I dont think spirits like Sambuca go bad as long as they are stored correctly eg. tight sealed bottle/steel flask and stored in a dark cool place. Im about to take the risk and try some thats been in my hip flask for over a week now!! fingers crossed
