Adiabatic
Yes.
It's room temperature, of course. A better question is "What, exactly, IS room temperature, anyway?" Most chemists (I have no idea about other disciplines) consider "room temperature" to be 298.15 K, which I personally find a little on the warm side of comfortable, but is a reasonable value for a standard, especially considering that it's easier to control the temperature precisely by warming something up a little than it is to do so by cooling it down a little.
It must depend on the oven, I wonder how high those commercial ovens get. Mine's 500 F. Does that contribute to global warming?
In the last 50 years, the Arctic has undergone some very significant changes. Among them are warming, melting polar caps and the conversion of the frozen tundra into wetlands.
In Kannada, Global Warming is called Jaagathika Taapamana.
increases; decreases
convection currents work when heated water cools then goes to the bottom then heats back up
Global warming is the main cause for our drastic changes in temperature.
global warming
Yes, it's true! Over the past few decades of global warming, the sun and the earth's temperature have been going in opposite directions. The sun has been cooling slightly.
The earth is effected because of the temperature changes. Some plants live at a specific temperature and if that temperature changes, it dies.
The major seasonal cause of water temperature change is due to the change in solar isolation in addition to currents and local hydrodynamics. Some more specific causes of water temperature variation in coastal waters may include: changes in the amount of river flow, discharges of 'cooling' waters from power plants, and changes in air temperature due to global warming.
The earth is not cooling down, because temperature records taken since official records began in 1850 actually show a warming trend that has been accelerating since the 1970s.
Global warming is when the global average annual temperature is generally trending upward. Global cooling is when it is trending downward.A:Global warming is happening now. Global warming is not beyond the control of mankind. It is being caused by our dependence on fossil fuels (coal, oil and natural gas) which we are burning to produce electricity.
Yes. There have been several periods of cooling, generally known as ice ages, after which the earth warms up again. These are regular cycles, with cycle times of thousands of years, with very gradual changes in temperature. This differs from the present situation, in which average global temperatures are changing relatively rapidly and at an increasing rate, and in which temperature changes can not readily be associated with any of the natural cycles.
increases, decreases
Condensation is the opposite of vaporization. When you sweat you are cooling your body off; therefore condensation is a warming process. Or Evaporation A+
