polytunnels have many advantages but also some disadvantages. for example, many people (like historians, photographers, the general public etc) have said that, it has ruined the scenery, and damages the beauty of nature in the particular 'polytunneled 'area. also, people say that because of the ruined scenery less and less tourists are likely to come to that particular area, meaning it would be a loss in money.

on the contrary, some people would argue that, polytunnels have not stopped people going on holidays to Spain -as polytunnels were originated there- and also that tourism might be a loss, but growing perfect fruit with polytunnels would overcome that loss and bring in more money.

therefore, polytunnels are great for growing 'perfect' fruit but, can persuade tourists to stay away as they ruin the beautiful scenaries of the countryside and so on. in my opinion, we should have some polytunnels but we shouldn't have so many that the whole lot of countrysides would be destroyed. after all, the countryside is one of our best features.
