Mojito is a great drink to serve your guests. While mojito is typically made with alcohol and that is what we are talking about here but if you have guests who can not drink alcohol then the process is : Put about 2 teaspoons of sugar, half lime and 3 or 4 leaves of mint in a small glass. Press lightly to get the mint extract and the lime juice out and mix with the mint and limes, add a shot of rum and cold water to taste. Add ice and decorate with mint leaves and leave the lime in the glass.
