maybe, if you use it for a short time. but i prefer to air dry, my hair does get frizzy, but i just us my flatting iron.

Alexander Godefoy invented hair dryer. The hair dryer came from a vacuum, connecting the exhaust from the vacuum to a hose. Later he improved the vacuum model and created the first electric hair dryer. It looked (and was) like a whole bunch of tuba tubes that blew air into your face and your hair to dry it. This early model was later improved by Chinese scientists into the modern hair dryer we have now.
A hair dryer will use convection.
Besides major things to conserve energy (eco-friendly car, solar panels, ect.), there are plenty of simple things that people can do to conserve energy...*Shut lights off*Don't leave water running*Shut off the TV, radio, computer, etc.*Recycle (bottles, can, papers, glass, etc)*Walk or ride a bike*Carpool or use public transportation*Lower the heat in the winter by a few degrees*Open a window in the summer instead of turning on the air conditioning*Wash clothes in cold water, instead of hot water (if possible)*Don't let the water run while doing the dishes any more than necessary*Take shorter showersThere are plenty of ways to help conserve energy. Some simple ones are to turn off the lights when you leave a room, unplug things when they're not in use, shut off your car (don't let it idle), carpool or use public transportation or walk / ride your back to cut down on furl consumption, and to recycle. Many also choose to switch to using energy-efficient appliances (like stoves and washing machines) along with energy-efficient light bulbs. If possible, some people switch to using wind or solar energy, too.By insulating homes well, using low energy lamps, using small cars, not flying, and generally not doing too much. Sitting reading a book is a low energy pastime for example.they can conserve energy by. turning off the lights when leaving the room.take a shower than taking a bath.turn off water when brushing your teeth.un plug the hair drier when not in use.if got a phone that is off the charger than unplug the charger
People use hair dryers in bathrooms daily. You just need to follow safety precautions to prevent the dryer from shorting out, which could cause injury or even death. Many bathroom outlets are equipped with GFI or GFS safety switches and these should be used for maximum safety.Precautions:Do not pull the dryer plug out by the cord.Do not immerse the dryer in water.Do not let the dryer motor become wet.Handle the dryer with dry hands when possible.Do not stand barefoot on a wet or concrete floor, or in a bathtubDo not use a dryer that has a worn or damaged cord.Do not use a dryer that emits smoke, sparks, or loud noises.Do not use adapters or extension cords..
it is an energy converter because you are using electrical energy and converting it to heat energy when drying your hair
Sound energy from the hair dryer is wasted.
yes a hair dryer is a non renewable energy because a hair dryer uses a lot of energy for example electrical energy - goes into a hair dryer - what comes out - sound , heat, kinetic energy
A hair dryer begins with electrical energy & converts into heat energy as well as kinetic energy!
2. A hair dryer converts what type of energy into thermal energy?
Using an appliance like a blowdryer uses electricity. If you dry your hair another way (by air drying or towel drying your hair) then you save energy.
Heat energy
To conserve the earth, we can recycle, reduce, and reuse. We can recycle cans instead of throwing cans away. We can reduce tap water. We can reuse boxes. Ride your bike or walk instead of driving a car. Turn off things you are not using. You can use a towel to dry your hair instead of using a hair dryer.
make sure you only use your lights or hair dryer on a windy day. On a windy day you are using power from the wind turbines. A better way to conserve energy would be to produce power from the sea - wave power. Its a definite source and happens regularly twice a day.

Electricity
A hair dryer blows hot air, that it generates, using electricity, to make your hair, no longer wet, but dry.
