God created it along with everything else in the universe.
The scientific would be that they developed from single-celled organisms; some scientists even believe that some bacteria may have arrived from space. No one really knows for sure, though simple life has been created in the laboratory by the introduction of electricity (such as a lightning bolt might provide) to a chemical "stew" similar to what is presumed to have existed early in this planet's history.
Sound science does not necessarily preclude the existence of a "Creator", but we can be absolutely sure that Genesis, and other creation stories, are nothing more than attempts by early humans to explain existence, and are not factual blow-by-blow accounts.
The first bacterias were the archeabacteria, which means "ancient bacterias".
They live in extreme places like hot spring waters, which were prominent in the early volcanic Earth. That is why they were so suited for the environment.
Bacteria came from other planets and came to Earth.
Bacteria was here as soon as the earth was they have exsisted for the same lengeth of time so... you do the math
Germs didn't get to Earth, they are native to Earth just like all the other species that live on our planet.
First of all, earth got hit by a mars sized rock called thiea. This gave us the moon which changed our atmosphere. Besides, the earth didn't have an atmosphere before thiea hit it.
Single cell organisms date back to approximately 3.5-3.8 billion years old. These are bacteria and archaea.
Cyanobacteria or blue-algae are microbes that produce oxygen through the process of photosynthesis. Some scientists believe that these bacteria were the first to produce oxygen on Earth.
There is more bacteria than other forms of life.
Bacterial growth is constrained by several parameters such as the level of nutrients around them, the temperature they grow at, pH and whether they grow in air or not just to name a few. No single bacteria can grow in all conditions so therefore bacteria can never engulf the earth. Most bacteria have fairly specific growth conditions.

If all bacteria on earth died, we would also die because we have a lot of 'good' 'healthy' bacteria inside of us that keeps us alive. Bacteria couldn't just die anyway because so many new mutations develop every day
