when you have an injection against a disease you have a little bit of the disease injected into you but not enough to harm you.your white blood cells remember a disease and the way to get rid of it that's why you never get chicken pox twice.so when this little bit is injected into you your white blood cells will remember it if you ever get the disease and it'll be easier to defeat.
