When they sleep, they sleep in a sleeping bag that's attached to the wall so they won't float around. The Space Shuttle supplies there food for them and it makes its journey to the space station every 6 months. They strap their food tray on their leg's, drink water from water bottles.

There is a maximum of 6 crew members on the ISS.

Astronauts strap themselves to a toilet seat so they will not float up, since there is no gravity. When they finish with their business they then flush. The flush however, is a vacuum; this is so no items go floating around the cabin.
