You go in to Eterna forest in the northern part of the place to the moss rock. To get the Leafeon, use a rare candy by the moss rock. There's a cross shape around the Moss Rock, so stand in one and use a rare candy. If you don't have any rare candies, you can train it there.
To get a Glaceon, you go to Snowpoint and venture out. When you find a blue rock, or a grey rock with ice on it, go over with an Eevee and level it up in one of the 4 squares.
You need rare candies and Eevees.
If you have no rare candies to give, train it near the rocks.
