The material is measured in yards (0.915 metres). A lightweight kilt can be as littel as 6 yards, but in general a full wieght kilt will be 8 yards.
Density is the amount of material which will make up something. Density can be varied accordingly to make items of the same material, but for different uses.
There are 1.376 meters in 1.5 yards. 1.5 yards x 0.9144 meters/1 yard = 1.3716 meters 1 yards = 0.9144 meters

Question does not make sense meters = length pounds = weight or mass no conversion possible.
Any fabric may be used to make a kilt, however traditionally they were made out of wool.
Since it is two words functioning as a single adjective, it would be more correct to hyphenate them, in order to make them into a single word. "The kilt is a skirt-like garment worn by men." Some people might use it as a single word "skirtlike", but because this is an unfamiliar word, the reader will be better able to understand it if it is hyphenated.
If a sari uses 3.58 meters of material and the material costs 6.98 per meter you calculate the cost: 3.58 meters x 6.98 per meter = 24.9884 24.9884 or if rounded to whole pennies 24.99
It can take up to 9 meters of material to make the mawashi. One exceptionally large sumo took 13 meters!
To make a great kilt you simply need cloth cut to fit your body ( with wise) for a grown person maybe 32 inches wide and roughly six feet long( cna be shorter or longer length is not as important. Longer cloth will mean more wraps and more weight but make a warmer kilt. Traditionally a highlander would just lay the cloth out and wrap one end around him. The remainer would go over his shoulder and keep wrapping till all the material was used. A belt around the waist would help support it. I cheated and sewed a belt into mine to help support it. I also stitched in the pleats, traditionally they would just be folded in asd you wrapped the kilt
It appears there may be a misunderstanding in the question as it is comparing two different units - meters and kilograms. Meters measure distance or length, while kilograms measure mass or weight. To convert meters to kilograms, you would need additional information such as the density of the material being measured. If you are referring to converting meters to kilograms in the context of weight, you would need to know the density of the material in question to make the conversion.
2.75 x 5 = 13.75 Therefore you would need 13.75 metres of material.
You will need at least 6.06 square meters of material.
Umm, you need one million meters to make one million meters.

The phrase "kilt him a bar when he was only three" is from the song "A Boy Named Sue" by Johnny Cash. It means that the father in the song wanted his son to be tough and able to protect himself, so he gave him a name (Sue) that would make him tough and relentless.
