to get the precise measurment of a line to the nearest milimeter you have to divide 5/6*15-7 when you solve that you answer should be 20.3 and then multiply 45 and your answer should be 193.3

Inches are not part of the measuring system that millimeters or centimeters is in: the Metric system.
There are 1,000 millimeters in a meters, and 100 centimeters in a meter, and 10 decimeters in a meter.
If you want to compare the metric system with the inch/foot/yard system, there are 25.4 millimeters in 1 inch, or 2.54 centimeters in 1 inch.
A CENTIMETRE equals 10Millimetre and so your ANSWER is 4X10 equals 40mm EXACTLY.
You use an appropriate measuring instrument and the appropriate level of care.

i would use mm that is te best metric measurment you would use
Grams is a measurement of weight, millimeter is a measurement of length, so they can't be converted unless you mean a cubic millimeter mm^3, in which you would need to know what the cube is made of to tell it's weight in grams.
Imagine a dartboard. An accurate measurement would be analogous to hitting the bulls-eye. While a precise measurement is just the tight clustering of shots.
A group of precise measurements are a group of repetitive measurements that are very close together. Ie the standard deviation between the measurements is small. Not to be confused with a accurate measurement! Think about it like this, if you measure a piece of wood 5 times and each time you get an identical answer then the measurement are said to be precise. If however if turns out that despite measuring the length 5 times and getting the same answer you discover that the length is significantly off from the "true" answer, then you were inaccurate!
a millimeter
a millimeter equals 10 centimeters, and 10 centimeters equals an inch. so you would take the inches and count the centimeters, then count 10 millimeter per centimeter
By using a precise instrument. One that is calibrated by a recognised body.
a millimeter
Of course there are. How else would you measure things smaller than a millimeter? There are Micrometers, nanometers, angstroms and picometers

Millimetres would allow for more precision than decimetre. If you can measure a smaller quantity, this always allows you to be more precise and accurate.
Medication is not measured by millimeters. Millimeter is a measurement for distance (a unit of length); but you would write 1mm.
Inch, centimeter, or millimeter.
An accurate but not precise measurement would be an approximate measurement. For example, in cooking or baking, the ingredients list might indicate one cup of a certain item. Scientifically, however, one cup, (or 8 ounces) would not be a precise measurement for testing purposes. Instead, a precisemeasurement would be required, especially when the results of a specific test need to be reproducible and the quantities are minute, as in micrograms, for example. Accuracy in measurement is of closeness to the actual or exact, but precision in measurement is closeness to the same spot each time it is taken.
