This cycle repeats several times throughout the night, with each cycle lasting about 90 minutes.

Rhythm is an integral part of our everyday lives, influencing our routines and behaviors. It can be found in the natural patterns of our daily activities, such as the rhythm of our heartbeat, the cycles of day and night, and the timing of meals and sleep. Additionally, rhythm shapes our experiences in music, speech, and even social interactions, enhancing our ability to connect with others and express emotions. Overall, rhythm provides structure and flow, helping us navigate the complexities of daily life.
