Its both. Because you are killing part of your body (cells) and you are also killing someone else.
-------------------------------------------------------------------ANOTHER PERSPECTIVE;FIRST OF ALL...it's impossible to clone yourself unless you have the advanced technology...
if you did. it wouldn't be murder or suicide. your cloning youself..why would you die?
self start is done with electrical things.....such as battery.connected with d self motor ...the self motor..which will turns d barrings of d engine and makes to start easily... bt in kick start its is a manual thing directly done to d engine as a direct hit bt both the method kick & self start r same....nothing more than that..

no. Its not even self aware unless you were when you were an embryo in which case good luck!
No, the Torah forbids murder. Although murder is a form of killing, not all killing is a form of murder. The Torah actually specifies that if someone attempts to kill you without reason (murder), you are required to kill them in self-defense if there's no other way to stop them.
This is an interesting philosophical question, but I think the answer is quite straight forward. Just because the clone came about from an existing human does not prevent them from being a separate individual with all the rights and obligations of a separate individual. The easiest answer to the question lies in identical twins. Identical twins started off in the world as a single fertilized egg. At some inexplicable point the egg divides into two beings with the identical DNA. They are actually clones. If later on one twin should kill the other, it would be murder. The same would go for someone who were to kill their own clone. It would surely be murder.
No, Emily didn't kill herself, however, in one of her novels she created a clone of herself but they became one person again. You need to read the book to understand it fully. :)
murder Can you explain your source? Also: Does "murder" most probably include or exclude killing in war, for self-defense, for capital punishment, for "good" reasons? Thanks for your answer.
Absolutely not ! That would result in you being charged with murder - as you're planning to kill the person.
The discharge of a firearm with the intent to kill someone is first degree homicide (or occasionally self defense).
Intentional homicide is when someone kills another person on purpose; they wanted to kill them and they did kill them. It means that it wasn't an accident or self defense.Added: The criminal charges brought to court would be "Murder."
Answer:No but it is okay to hurt them bad enough to get away from them, never should it be okay to kill a human by self-defense. They are a living being. Would you want to be killed by self-defense of someone else. I don't think do. Your family and friends would miss you. Think of a better way besides murder but if you have no other option then that's okay in a way to murder them if you have no other way
Definetly not. i would totaly if my sister was going to kill her self then i would kill my self for her
Kill Self - 2009 was released on: USA: 3 January 2009 (Austin, Texas)
It would be considered a paradox rather than murder or suicide, as the action of killing your past self would disrupt the timeline and raise questions about causality and existence.
