I don't know what experiment you're talking about but I'm doing science right now and they asked the same question about a lab experiment I did so I'll give you my answers for that.
a. There were droplets of water on the top of the plastic bag.
b. It seemed sort of foggy inside the plastic bag.
c. It's really cool that we can see transpiration for ourselves.
d. I think the air was trapped and so it got humid in there which is why the bag fogged up.
No, absolutely not. You should be making observations as you go, and recording them. Then, when the experiment is over you can draw conclusions, but if you wait till after to record your observations, you won't remember them all.
The initial observation sets the scene for an experiment...what did you see? what was happening? How to improve it? And so on. As the experiment proceeds you record all observations..what do you see?...what is happening? Etc. At the end you note the final observations and how do they differ from the initial observations. So, Initial observation is the observations you made initially of an experiment.
One of the best ways to illustrate observations in a experiment is to draw them as 2D diagrams Hope i Helped:)

Record your observations during an experiment. This will be part of the data you collect.

Is a conclusion about observations FROM an experiment? yes...

Observations are records of occurrences and details, and are made in the course of an investigation or experiment.

Experiment
Observations.
The name for observations made during an experiment is "data." This includes both qualitative (descriptive) and quantitative (numerical) information collected during the course of the experiment.

A hypothesis states what the expected result of an experiment will be based on prior knowledge or observations.
