If you're studying with a purpose, then you should be able to answer any questions about the topic you're studying on. Now, if someone asks you a question while you're studying and in deep thought, it may be rude for someone to talk to you while you're busy, but you should answer.
The qualities of a good scientist vary according to their specialisation, but in general they need: - to be able to make observations on the things that they are studying - to be able to ask meaningful questions about the item they are studying - to be able to suggest answers to the questions that they ask - to be able to test their answers by making more observations. Good scientists should be able to be passionate about their ideas, but objective in how they view them. In other words, they should be willing to work hard to develop and test their ideas, but they have to be willing to let those ideas go if they are proven to be incorrect.
There are many advantages of studying live specimens including being able to observe patterns. These patterns can be eating and hunting patterns or sleeping patterns for example.
A theory is useless if it cannot be tested and verified/disproven. That is the purpose of experiments.
The general purpose of a time clock is for one to be able to tell what time it is during a particular day. It is important to know what time it is so one can make appointments.
I am sorry but we can't answer because we don't do homework for people nor do we write papers for them. This was not a question as well but a statement. I suggest you write a statement telling the reader the purpose of your paper and what you expect to prove. With that foundation you should be able to write a paper.

You should always sleep then your brain and yourself is better to think about it. After a good nights sleep you're more freshed and able to think about anything. If you are on the verge of sleep while studying, I suggest just going to bed. Then, continue studying in the morning. It's better to have a rested mind that can think clearly, then to try to cram everything while you're tired.
