A reading fair board typically features a colorful, visually engaging display that highlights a specific book or theme. For example, one board could focus on "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," showcasing the book cover, a brief summary, character profiles, and key themes. It might also include quotes from the text, illustrations, and interactive elements like QR codes linking to book trailers or reader reviews. Overall, the board aims to entice viewers to read the book and engage with its content.

You can use various stickers, colorful items, glitter, and construction paper! The only limit is your imagination. Another idea is to use foam circle things, if you need to add a bit of colour, or use small plastic models. For example, if you're doing a science fair on animal camouflage, it's a good idea to have some pictures and small plastic animals ON the actual board. If doing a project about wires, glue a small strip of wire onto the board in different places. The possibilities are limitless. If you need to, check out some science fair boards from previous science fairs in your school, city, or region! You can also have pictures of you experimenting, or pictures of models, and facts on the board.
It mostly depends on what kind of story you are doing it on. For instance, you have to get a tri fold board, unless you are told not to. See the related link for some examples.
