Volcano. Get some brown modeling clay or even regular clay from a garden, make a pile, put a hole in the top, find an old film canister, or something equally small, and put an Alka-Seltzer tablet in it. When at the science fair, pour in some vinegar and there you go...for added effect, paint some red on the clay, put in some fake trees, and put red food coloring in with the tablet. Good Luck!
