The sign is printed onto rolls of reflective matterial (which comes in different classes) and is later adhered to the aluminum plates.
Fixings are then attached ready for the sign to be installed.
Temporary signs are often made using polycarbonate sheeting, or thin steel sheeting fixed into framing.
Polycarbonate sheeting signs are fabricated using the same process as aluminum signs.
Sometimes signs are made from a standard full-print, other times signs are custom made - whereby lettering and symbols are adhered by hand.
