The vascular tissue system comprises of two types of tissues, Xylem and Phloem.
These tissues preforms the following tasks-------
The functions of the Vascular tissue are as follows-
1) Conduction of water and mineral salts by xylem.
2) Imparting mechanical strength to plant parts.
3) The phloem helps in trans location of food and storage of food.
4) It helps in plant growth by adding new tissues by division.
If you mean vascular tissue, the vascular tissue carries xylem tissues, which carries water and minerals throughout a plant.
The function of vascular cambium in dicots is to give rise to new vascular tissue.
a group of similar cells that carry out a particular function
There are two types of vascular tissue in a plant. Phloem, which conveys food from the leaves to the rest of the plant, and xylem which conveys water from the roots to the rest of the plant.
The fumction is to carry water and nutrients to the top of the plant from the roots
Vascular tissue.
Vascular plants have vascular tissue .
no
In the stem and leaves of plants most of the vascular tissue is found. This vascular tissue is in the form of xylem and phloem.
The "ground" or "ground tissue" is plant tissue is not epidermis or vascular tissue.
Vascular tissue is not found in the skin. The vascular tissue is usually found in plants and has xylem and phloem as its primary components.
