When you click an icon, the operating system first detects the mouse event and identifies the specific icon that was clicked. It then sends a message to the application associated with the icon to initiate the corresponding action, such as opening a program or launching a file. The application processes this request, loads any necessary resources, and presents the user interface or content to the screen. Finally, any additional background processes or updates may occur as the application runs.
To find the tool button, look for an icon that resembles a wrench, screwdriver, or a combination of tools, typically located in the toolbar of the application you're using. If you can't see it, check the menu options or settings, as it may be nested within a submenu. Additionally, you can often use keyboard shortcuts or search functionality within the application to locate it quickly. If you're still having trouble, consulting the help documentation or support resources may provide further guidance.
