I try to go to sleep again and again :). some of my findings.
1. Due to unavailability of fresh air this happens.
2. If you have shared your bed with any others this happens.
3. If you have some important things to take care in the morning this happens.
4. If you have slept enough in the morning this happens.
5. If your body has excessive heat due to bad diet this happens
etc.. list goes
Try to avoid above you will have pleasant sleep. My best suggestion is try to do small meditation to calm your mind before you go to sleep.
