If I were in science class, I would want to do hands on things. It could be going outside and collecting leaves to examine, doing chemical tests. (maybe stream monitoring) I love doing chemical tests! If you're a teacher I would recommend doing things that the kids/teenagers/adults enjoy! Don't do a boring sideshow about how worms move or something like that. Just make it exciting and enjoyable (hands on).
