An air conditioner is a very effective de-humidifier. If you put the temperature setting at neutral, it won't cool and it won't heat, but it will effectively remove lots of humidity.
The size of a central air conditioner is a measure of its' cooling capacity. It is given in tons of air conditioning. A ton of air conditioning is equal to the abilty of the unit to remove 12000 btu of heat per hour.
No. It will reduce the hazard, not remove it.
The main things mold needs to grow in a home are organic materials to feed on and moisture. In houses there are always plenty of organic materials for mold to live on such as wood, drywall and various other building materials. You can prevent from mold by applying following points: 1 Prevent moisture with proper ventilation. 2 Dry wet areas immediately 3 Equip your home with mold-resistant products. 4 Monitor humidity indoors. The EPA recommends keeping indoor humidity between 30 and 60 percent so dry the surface immediately or remove moisture. 5 Improve air flow in your home. 6 Clean or repair roof gutters of your house.
Soak the paper with spirit ( ethyl alcohol) and then remove the sticky tape.
Yes, A/C units inherently remove moisture as the air is cooled. anonymous@oola.com
an airconditioner with extra cycle to remove humidity instead of the conventional below duepoint condensation
Mostly like it will cool the house quickly, but by doing this the unit does not run long enough to remove the humidity. If you do not remove the humidity you wont feel cool.

The LG portable air conditioner's dry mode works by cooling the air without running the compressor constantly, allowing the unit to remove excess moisture from the air. This helps reduce humidity in the room effectively by creating a more comfortable and less humid environment.
A humidifer can only add water to the air in a room. An air conditioner can do a lot more than that, it can: * chill or cool the air * remove water (de-humidify) the air * add water (humidify) the air.
No you don't have to remove the air conditioner dryer to use the pulley.........
With a dehumidifier
Well that kind of depends on how oversized it is...if it's fairly close, generally the a/c unit will short cycle, meaning that it satisfies the space temperature too quickly. All of those starts and stops are hard on the machine, and generally you will have humidity issues in the space, because the a/c isn't running long enough to remove the humidity. If it's way oversized, not going to work at all, or at least with not damaging the machine.
no... water in the refrigeration system is a very bad thing. The air conditioning system will remove moisture (humidity) from the air and require a drain to channel that water away from the coil.
Remove the drive belt from the air conditioner compressor. Remove the air conditioning hoses from the compressor. Remove the retaining bolts from the air conditioner compressor.
If the large intestine does not remove water, you'll have loose stools or diarrhea.
