When you mix water with ink, the bubbles will go down to the bottom of the bottle and spin around. It may change colours like yellow, green, red or blue. There is no answer for this. It will make a interesting chemical reaction. Scientists are looking for a solution.

ink dropper works on the principal of air pressure. when we fill ink inside the dropper we have to press it's bulb(upper,soft rubber portion),because of which the air inside the dropper is removed and low air pressure region is formed. when we dip it in the ink,the space is filled with ink,which remains retained in it unless we press the bulb again.
Chromatography cannot be used because biro ink does not dissolve in water. I actually dont know how to separate the colors in Biro ink.. :( sorry, but look it up on google.com!
