When you mix water with ink, the bubbles will go down to the bottom of the bottle and spin around. It may change colours like yellow, green, red or blue. There is no answer for this. It will make a interesting chemical reaction. Scientists are looking for a solution.

well for 1.dont pour it down the drain for 2.dont use your moms favorite cup for 3.it will turn into a kind of like watery-ink the particles would mix together

Ink becomes deliuted with water because ink is thick and when it mixes with water it becomes more liquid and gets deliuted
