in CD it is 150kbit/second for example 52X meaning 52multiplied by 150kbit/second
in DVD it is 11.o4megabit/second
Depends on the units used (say metres and seconds) Speed = distance / time if the x axis = time, and the y axis = distance Then , speed = y / x (slope of the graph at any point) If then y / x = 1, then speed = 1 metre per second
If your average speed for the whole distance is 4 mph, your time will be 11 minutes 6 seconds.
Speed of light: 3.00 x 10^8
A black 'X' symbol on an orange backgound is the symbol meaning irritant or harmful
Velocity = Delta-x / Delta-t, where x is position, t is time, and "Delta" is the "Change in" operator.Velocity is a vector, so I probably should have written x as x, or x-arrow, or some other notation to indicate it was a vector quantity, but putting an arrow hat on something is a little difficult to do here, and just making it bold is kind of subtle and could be missed.Speed is the magnitude of the velocity vector.
The CD or DVD drivers speed is measured by xX e.i 24X. The higher the burning X speed the faster it will burn
Yes; either directly via the CD/DVD drive or via a Mac compatible portable CD/DVD player.

Anytime you see a number with a x, like (24)(x) it refers to a speed of that particular item. The 24x on the DVD means that it can write the files to it at the spped of 24 bits per (x). If you look further it may say write speed 24(x) and other information. Most DVD drives can handle writing to a DVD/RW at this speed without any adjustments.
52X has nothing to do with the rotational speed of the platter. The 52X speed rating indicates the refers to the fact that the drive can read data off of the disk at 52 times the speed of an original CD-ROM drive. Original CD-ROM drives read disk data at 150 kilobytes per second, so a 52X drive reads at 52 x 150KB/s.
Yes
50x (or any #x) is an indication of the speed of a drive. On a CD-ROM drive that is only capable of reading CDs, it is specifically referring to how fast the drive spins and reads the drive. 1x was the speed of the first CD-ROM drives (500 RPM and 150 KiB/s), and is still the speed used by most stereos when playing an audio CD. A 50x CD-ROM drive reads the disc approximately 50x faster than than the first drives.Other speeds can be labeled on a drive such as CD writing capabilities (how fast it can write to a disc based on the 500 RPM/150 KiB/s rate), DVD reading capability (based on speed relative to the first DVD drives) and writing DVDs (based on 1350 kB/s for 1x).
it may detect the CD as DVD movie and nothing more
yes you can use it on ps2 slim. you have to put the DVD region x CD and memory card and restart your ps2 console it will take few minutes to restart it will automatically installed after then when you will put any type of DVD you have to insert your DVD region x memory card must.
The number on a DVD ROM usually indicates it's spindle speed in regards to the audio speed when they first launched. 8X on a DVD ROM drive indicates that the spindle speed is 8 x 150 kbps per second.
