You may want to double-check this, but I believe PCR-clean simply means that there are no DNases or RNases on the item, but they still could have nucleic acid on them. Essentially there is nothing on them that would interfere with nucleic acid amplification achieved with PCR, but any genetic material they may have will be amplified.
Sterile means that there is absolutely no genetic material on the item itself (usually achieved via autoclaving where the temperatures climb so high that they would denature the DNases and RNases anyway).
Nutshell: PCR-clean = wiping with RNA away and DNA away
Sterile = bleaching and autoclaving

Cleanroom technicians wear suits and other protective gear to keep from contaminating the cleanroom environment. Ordinary clothing may introduce dust or other foreign object to the environment; which would be a bad thing for a cleanroom.

Desiccant Silica gel for cleanroom absorbs moisture and helps to reduce the risk of particles and microbes in the air, which can contaminate products or equipment. The moisture-absorbing beads also help to maintain a consistent temperature and humidity level in the cleanroom environment, which is vital for the safety of the products or equipment used in the cleanroom. The most preferred desiccant for cleanrooms is orange silica gel beads. Orange silica gel beads can be used in various silica gel for cleanroom dehumidifiers, including desiccant and refrigerant dehumidifiers.
An IQAir Cleanroom H13 will cost $1600 for a new one. It is also available from Amazon and Slyvane online, who also sell replacement filters. A used one from eBay would also be available.
