A Physical Change is a change in the form of either gas, liquid, or solid while a chemical change is a change that occurs in the molecule such as the the burning of methane: CH4+2O2-->CO2+2H2O.

Indicators of a Chemical reaction are: Heat, Light, pH, Color, Smell, ect.

While Physical will be like ice melting into water or water being boiled into steam.
