You can not compare inches with mL, it is like comparing apples and Oranges. The both have to be the same. you use Inches for distance and mL is used to calculate how much liquid is in a certain container.

If you ask how many inches in a km or how many mL is equal to a liter or gallon. This is Ok but not inches to mL. Sorry about that.

Clarification:

I dont see what is wrong with the question "how many inches equals 350mL" I understand the answers so far say inches is a measurement of length and Milliliters is a measurement of volume. Correct me if i am wrong, but dont we measure the volume of precipitation in inches?? Intersting..
