One of the newtons laws(i think) says F=ma so 100=5a which then leads to 100/5=20=a.

So, assuming no friction, it is 20 m/s/s

What is the resulting acceleration when an unbalanced force of 28 N is applied to a 4.04 kg object?

It is 6.93 metres/second2.

When does acceleraion occur?

Acceleration occurs when there is unbalanced force applied to an object.

What affects the acceleration of an object?

An object's acceleration is the result of a force being applied to it. When that happens, the magnitude of the resulting acceleration is equal to the force divided by the object's mass, and the direction of the acceleration is in the direction of the force.

What is the acceleration of an object with mass of 42.6 kg when an unbalanced force of 112 N is applied to it?

2.63 n/kg

What forces cause acceleration?

A layman's attempt: Any unbalanced force applied over time to an object that is free to move will bring about acceleration.

What change occurs to the mass of an object when an unbalanced force is applied to it?

There will by no change in the mass, which is constant, but the unbalanced force will cause the object to accelerate. Acceleration can be in a positive direction or a negative direction ("deceleration"), or it can be circular, in which the acceleration changes constantly, even if the velocity remains constant.

What force produces acceleration?

Any unbalanced force will cause an acceleration.

How do unbalanced forces acting on an object affects it's motions?

Balanced forces do not change its motion (no acceleration). Unbalanced forces changes the motion of the object (acceleration).

How do unbalanced forces acting on an object its motion?

Balanced forces do not change its motion (no acceleration). Unbalanced forces changes the motion of the object (acceleration).

Unbalanced forces on an object cause what?

acceleration

How do unbalanced acting on an object affect its motion?

acceleration

What unbalanced force?

Unbalanced forces are forces that produce a nonzero net force, which changes an object's motion. The result of an unbalanced force is acceleration of an object.
