The prefix Omni(Greek) means all I believe.

Along with ology(the study of) That means everything as in everything in existence, or known to man so far. The world will evolve and more things will be found to study but I just use it as a broader term because I don't specify as a person who studies just one thing.

Science is also a class where you learn how to gather information and learn more about everything.
