Take any thermometer or a tool that measures heat (in celsius for your matter) and take a cup of water. Let the water sit for an hour inside the room that you find out the room temperature. Then put your thermometer in it and see what it measures to :) 20 degrees celcius
I did not understand the nurse's inquiry as to what I had done with the thermometer. Will an inquiry be necessary to find that thermometer? A silent thermometer has no inquiry.

well basically you just get water at boil it when you see steam you know you have reached the boiling pointbecause the boiling point is just the temperature at which the liquid turns into gas bubbles =)
