the units that are used to measure a foot are meters and inches.
All shoe sizes are not longer than 1 metre in length.
A persons size shoe is descreat, because even if you have the same size foot as sombody they will all be different width or length.
This is impossible to say. Meters and kg (kilograms) are two different measurements and they cannot be converted on to another. Kilograms measure mass and meters measure length.
it depends on the size of the shoe. an infant's shoes and an adult male's shoes are different sizes and so it would take a different amount of them.
You would answer it with cubic feet

what metric would you use for shoes
Many options exist. You might measure the length in inches or centimeters. A better choice might be "shoe size".

Not quite sure wether you are wanting to know how to measure the length of a mans shoe or the average length of a mans shoe. Please be more specific when asking questions.
When you go to shoe store, they have this feet measurement. It measures both your shoe length and width.
The length of the shoe would be measured in millimetres. The international standard (ISO 9407) calls for a system of sizing known as Mondopoint, this quotes both the mean length and width of the foot the shoe is designed to fit. A shoe with the stated size of 270/100 would be for a foot with a mean length of 270 mm and a width of 100 mm. Most European shoe sizes use a system where the quoted size is the length of the last (a cobbler's tool shaped like a foot) measured in Paris points, a Paris point is 6.667 mm. so the shoe size will be length of last (in mm) divided by 6.667. UK shoe sizes are based on the length of the last measured in barleycorns.
It depends on the size of the shoe. Male, female and children have different sizes. For instance, a UK male size of 8 is a 9 in the USA.
Treat the sole as a rectangle. measure length and width. If there is a curve, estimate center of curvature. measure radius. measure length of curve in arc lengths. Determine number of radians. use formula for cylinder, replacing 2 (pi) with number of radians. Subtract length of shoe by the length of curve in the sole. Calculate area
Yes or metric. I wear a 8.5 inch shoe and a 39 in metric sizes.
