By a straightforward and literal definition ALL matter is chemical so we ALL use chemicals.
Water is a chemical - we can't live long without it.
Oxygen in the atmosphere is a chemical - and we can survive even less time without that than we can without water.
All food is made up of chemicals like water, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, fiber (cellulose mostly), and so on.
Wool is a chemical (keratin) so anyone wearing wool clothing is using chemicals.
